People in today’s day and life are missing a purpose, but are chasing the results. In our field, strength training, nutrition, and wellness can provide a host of benefits, however without a solid foundation can easily lead to periods of downfall. This is our IKIGAI … this is where we want to make a change. We believe there is no bar on age when beginning to focus on your health when taking it to its optimal level. We only have one tool that we have complete control over … Our Body.
The body has many different aspects and has to be evaluated and managed as a 360 degree approach to be its best version. Getting better one step at a time, whilst simultaneously staying on track, is an effective change working from the inside-out. This means, the internal gut system, the muscle make up, the injury management or prevention, the sleep quality and cycle, the time management, and last but not the least the emotional, mental, and psychological balance is looked at through a microscopic vision to design the optimal lifestyle for you. Weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance, whichever is your goal ends up being a side effect.
